INTRODUCTION TO RUNNING COURSE 2010 The next Introduction to running course will begin on Thursday 23rd September 2010 at Tickhill Cricket Club, 7pm for a 7:15pm start. The program has been developed for non runners, whom will gradually over 10 weeks, be able to complete a distance of 3 miles or 30 minutes of running. The fee for the course is £10.
